遵照《中华人民共和国著作权法》，请所投稿件的全体作者（包括第一作者和通讯作者等）认真阅读并做出承诺。
一、本论文未曾在国内外公开发表过。
二、本论文全体作者保证该论文为原创作品并且不涉及涉密和一稿多投问题，无教育部规定的学术不端行为，若发生侵权、泄密或学术不端问题，一切责任由论文作者承担。
三、本论文全体作者保证该论文的署名无争议。若发生署名争议，责任由论文作者承担。
四、文章不存在侵犯版权或损害第三方的任何权力，且没有任何亵渎和诽谤性内容。
五、本论文全体作者同意，上述提交本期刊发表的论文一经录用，作者即将论文整体以及附属于作品的图、表、摘要或其他可以从论文中提取部分的全部复制传播的权利——包括但不限于复制权、发行权、信息网络传播权、表演权、翻译权、汇编权、改编权等权利在全世界范围内转让给《地基处理》编辑部，编辑部向作者一次性支付稿酬及转让费。本刊有权以包括但不限于以下方式使用：
（1）以各种已知或将来可能出现的形态、格式和介质（包括但不限于纸质、光盘、磁盘、网络等形式）复制、发行、传播该作品；
（2）翻译、改编、汇编该作品，以及利用该作品中的图表，摘要或任何部分衍生其他作品。
（3）以各种表达形式（包括但不限于口头、书面）表演传播该作品。
本论文全体作者（包括第一作者和通讯作者等）承诺已经认真阅读、知晓并一致同意和遵守上述版权转让协议内容，承诺此次投稿时将点击投稿页面“同意”按钮视作全体作者的同意签名，并视作签署和遵守上述版权转让协议。

Copyright Transfer Agreement
In accordance with the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China, all authors of the submitted manuscript (including the first author and corresponding author) are required to carefully read and make the following commitments.
1. This manuscript has not been previously published domestically or internationally.
2. All authors of this manuscript guarantee that the work is original and does not involve confidentiality or multiple submissions, and that it complies with the Ministry of Education's regulations regarding academic misconduct. In the event of infringement, confidentiality breaches, or academic misconduct, the authors of the manuscript will bear full responsibility.
3. All authors of this manuscript guarantee that there is no dispute regarding authorship. If any authorship dispute arises, the authors of the manuscript will bear full responsibility.
4.The manuscript does not infringe upon any copyrights or harm the rights of any third parties, and does not contain any defamatory or offensive content.
5. All authors of this manuscript agree that once the manuscript is accepted for publication by this journal, the authors will transfer all rights for reproducing and disseminating the work—including, but not limited to, reproduction rights, distribution rights, rights of communication via information networks, performance rights, translation rights, compilation rights, and adaptation rights—worldwide to the Ground Treatment editorial department. The editorial department will pay the authors a one-time remuneration and transfer fee. The journal reserves the right to use the work in the following ways, including but not limited to:
(1) Reproducing, distributing, and disseminating the work in various known or future formats, media, and platforms (including but not limited to paper, CD-ROMs, disks, the internet, etc.);
(2) Translating, adapting, compiling the work, and utilizing the images, tables, abstracts, or any parts of the work to create derivative works;
(3) Performing and disseminating the work in various expressive forms (including but not limited to oral or written forms).
All authors of the manuscript (including the first author and corresponding author) pledge that they have carefully read, understood, and unanimously agree to abide by the terms of this copyright transfer agreement. Note: This agreement takes effect upon the submission of the manuscript by the authors.
