《地基处理》是一本开放获取期刊，所有的文章一经发表立即并永久供读者免费阅读和下载。

《地基处理》使用知识共享许可协议(Creative Commons)，允许第三方用户按照署名(BY)-非商业性使用(NC)-禁止演绎(ND)(简称CC BY-NC-ND)的方式共享，即允许第三方对本刊发表的文章进行复制、发行、展览、放映、广播或通过信息网络向公众传播，但在这些过程中必须保留作者署名、仅限于非商业性目的、不得进行演绎创作。有关知识共享许可协议详情请访问：https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/

稿件文责由作者自负。稿件录用后作者需要与编辑部签订《著作权转让协议》，将文章的汇编权、发行权、复制权、翻译权、信息网络传播权以及上述权利的转让和许可权在本授权书的有效期内转让于《地基处理》。作者有权按照CC BY-NC-ND协议分享、使用他们的文章。

Open Access Policy

Journal of Ground Improvement is an open-access journal, and all articles are available for free reading and downloading immediately and permanently upon publication.

Journal of Ground Improvement operates under a Creative Commons license, allowing third-party users to share the articles published by the journal under the Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives (BY-NC-ND) license. This means that third parties are allowed to copy, distribute, display, perform, broadcast, or transmit the articles via information networks, provided that the authors are credited, the use is for non-commercial purposes only, and no derivative works are created. The authors are responsible for the content of their manuscripts. Upon acceptance, authors need to sign a Copyright Transfer Agreement with the editorial department, transferring the rights to compile, distribute, reproduce, translate, and communicate the work via information networks, as well as the right to transfer and license these rights, to Ground Treatment for the duration of the agreement. Authors retain the right to share and use their articles in accordance with the CC BY-NC-ND license.
